About Inna

I've seen systems at 10,000 people. And I've been the bottleneck myself.

For 15 years I worked in operations and customer experience at companies like Rohde & Schwarz and World Wide Technology, supporting enterprise clients across EMEA. I learned what good structure looks like when it works.

Then I co-founded Mammalattes and learned the other side: what it feels like when everything runs through you. A simple one-page sheet behind the counter, "how we open, how we close, who calls whom," changed how I think about work.

Most recently I helped a multi-entity consulting group set up SOPs, KPIs and a CRM from scratch. Now I bring both sides to owners like you.

Who is this for?

Owners of businesses with roughly 5 to 50 people: shops, studios, agencies, producers, service firms. You have clients and a team, but too much still depends on you personally.

Do I need to buy new software?

No. We start with what you already use. Sometimes a simple shared sheet or checklist is the best system. If a tool will really help, I'll recommend it and explain why.

What happens in the free Fit Call?

You share what feels heavy right now. I ask a few questions and tell you honestly whether a Clarity Session makes sense. There is no sales pitch, and if it isn't a fit I'll say so.

What do I get after the Clarity Session?

A one-page Action Map within 48 hours: the few changes that matter most, who owns each one, and the order to do them in. You can run it yourself or ask me to help build it.

Do you work online or in person?

Both. Sessions run online anywhere in Europe, or in person around Amsterdam and Hoofddorp.

Which languages do you work in?

English, Turkish and Russian. I also understand enough Dutch for the coffee.
